DAC Beachcroft - UK Visas after Brexit

As the end of the transitional period approaches and Free Movement between the UK and EEA ends, travel and immigration to the UK will be different. Harald Loeffler and Shahjahan Ali, Partners at law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP, set out the position for businesses sending staff to the UK for short and long term trips as well as explaining how the new Points Based System will work.
