We will hear short introductory statements on this issue from the educational specialists on the panel who will also refer to their respective educational systems. This will be followed by a panel discussion to which contributions from the audience will be welcomed. Informal discussion and refreshments will follow. The number of guests who can be accommodated is limited. Therefore we will work on a "first come, first served" response to invitations.
